A playful and exploratory shibari workshop focused on self-tying. This workshop is all about discovering what self-tie can be for you. Whether you're interested in playful experimentation, technical learning, a sexual experience, or finding a deeper connection with yourself and your body, this workshop has something for everyone (or not).

Expect a bit of chaos as we embrace the freedom to "fuck around and find out." Let’s create an open and supportive environment together. Come with an open mind, be ready to explore and see where the ropes take you.

This is a beginner friendly multilevel workshop.

We will go trough:

  • Intro to self-tying

  • Rope handling techniques

  • Intentions and positions

  • How music affects your tying and mood

  • Exploring pain

  • Free play time for yourself

  • Aftercare and closing circle

Who is this for:

  • Anyone who wants to learn self-tying or is exploring what kind of rope journey
would feels good for them. Suitable for both total beginners and more experienced rope people, who are looking for more inspiration.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge about basic rope safety, no other previous rope experience needed. You can modify all the exercises to fit your own skill level.

What to bring:

  • ropes (there are ropes to borrow, if you don't have your own), safety shears or a cutter

  • notebook/paper and pen (if you like to take notes)

  • water bottle, snacks and/or lunch

  • clothes that you are comfortable in, preferably something skin tight.

Other notes:

  • No photos.

  • No video or audio recordings.
